[Solution Example] Reproducing Incense Paper Tubes with Paper Packaging
Anyone can easily assemble boxes! We will introduce examples that have achieved cost reduction and improved work efficiency.
We received a request regarding the packaging of a new incense product, aimed at improving the workability of existing products and solving material cost issues. The customer's request was for a distinctive shape (such as a tubular shape like a paper tube or a polygon) that would match the existing paulownia boxes and blister packs. In response, our company recreated a rounded form resembling a paper tube using a sack box to carry on the brand image of the incense. By reducing the combined parts of the paper tube and packaging label to just one part of the sack box, we achieved a reduction in material costs. [Customer Requests] - Improve the set work and material costs for wrapping the incense. - Create a shape that matches the existing paulownia boxes and blister packs. - Distinctive shapes (such as a tubular shape like a paper tube or a polygon). *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
